JPMorgan Chase Lifestyle & Dining
I craft the product strategy and build technology teams focused on the digital experience as the Chief Digital Experience Officer for The Infatuation, JPMorganChase Dining. I have hired and retained the most innovative and inspiring team in the dining/travel space to build simple and engaging end-to-end experiences and well-crafted 0-1 products for over 14+ million people globally. We care about user-focused & data-driven experiences by default. We strive for less noisy, more useful recommendations that drive our international growth. We make Infatuation faster and more performant. I am proud of the diverse digital team I have grown across Product, Design, Engineering and the work we are building integrates new solutions that will be game-changers for our users and across the travel & dining space globally.
Infatuation
As VP of Product & Design at the Infatuation, I designed teams and products that led to getting the attention of JPMorganChase at a time where consumers were spending most on dining and travel experiences. In navigating through the acquisition and thinking long term for high-growth objectives, I led Infatuation’s product redesign and replatform—the first update to the platform’s design in five years. I rolled up my sleeves to take on creative brand design direction as the product is the realization of our brand yet needed adaptations to live in a digital realm; pioneering accessibility and usability as an important metric of evaluation.
We launched a new Infatuation across all platforms – Android, iOS, web browsers, and even physical experiences. Evolving Infatuation’s design patterns and principles, we regularly ask ourselves how the product should adapt to the pace of world culture and social expectations for dining behavior.
